The Plough Inn

The Plough Inn's location is an enviable one. Situated in the picture-postcard village Coldharbour near the market town of Dorking it is just a stone's throw from Leith Hill tower. The pub is surrounded by lush walks, riding and mountain-biking trails, all within an hour of London.

The Plough offers an idyllic escape from the stresses of everyday life. Whether it is to savour a pint by the fire on a cold misty day, or to treat the family to a lazy summer pub lunch in the attractive garden after walking up Leith Hill.

If you like your steaks then consider our evening English steakhouse. 21 day dry aged steaks from a named local farm are served up in an intimate full service restaurant. If you'd rather not drive after sampling our fine single malt whisky bar then you could retire to one of our comfortable rooms for the night.

Indeed our tasteful bed and breakfast accommodation makes the Plough Inn a perfect escape for a countryside break at any time of year.

Three handpump real ales are brewed on site at the Leith Hill Brewery - the flagship Crooked Furrow, the Tallywhacker dark ale (deceptively strong!) and the lighter 'Beautiful South'.

The Plough Inn is a traditional country inn that has been offering hospitality since the 17th Century - that's nearly 400 years!
